Method

Crush juniper berries with a mortar and pestle and add to the onions.

Stir in remaining ingredients once onions are browning.

Mash potatoes and pumpkin with a fork to bind the meat mixture.

Add Brussels sprouts and cook for 15 minutes until heated through.

Melt butter in a large pan and fry sliced red onion until softened.
