Method

Add the cream and cheese to the leeks and simmer for 4 minutes.

Sauté the chopped onion and leek in oil for five minutes.

Cook the butter, sugar, and sliced apple in a pan for five minutes until golden.

Transfer the pan to the oven and cook for 10 minutes until cooked through.

Griddle the pork in an ovenproof pan for a few minutes on both sides.

Rub the oil over the pork and season with salt and pepper.

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Serve the pork on a plate alongside the caramelized apples and creamed leeks.
