Method

Combine granulated sugar, brown sugar, cocoa powder, flour, and salt in a saucepan.

Add 400g evaporated milk, 250ml water, and 28g butter to the pan.

Bring the mixture slowly to a boil while stirring constantly.

Cook the sauce for five minutes once it reaches a boil.

Remove from heat and let the mixture cool slightly.

Stir in the vanilla extract before serving.
