Method

Bake on the middle shelf for 35 to 40 minutes until just set.

Cool in the tin for 10 minutes then transfer to a wire rack before dusting with icing sugar.

Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a 30x23cm baking tin with butter.

Melt dark chocolate and butter in a saucepan and leave to cool.

Beat sugar and eggs together in a large bowl until light and frothy.

Combine the flour and salt in a separate bowl.

Mix the cooled chocolate into the egg mixture and gradually stir in the flour.

Stir in cocktail cherries, hazelnuts, and 150g of white chocolate then pour into the tin.

Melt remaining 50g white chocolate, swirl into the top, and add a fresh cherry to each swirl.
