Method

Infuse 20g tea into 750ml gin, shake, and leave for 2 hours.

Strain the tea leaves and return the infused gin to the bottle.

Add 40ml infused gin, 30ml regular gin, and all other liquid ingredients to an ice-filled shaker.

Add a heaped teaspoon of lime marmalade and shake vigorously.

Strain the mixture into an ice-filled teapot.

Serve in teacups with fresh lemon slices.
