Method

Bake for 10-15 minutes until the parcels are golden-brown.

Preheat the oven to 200°C and line a tray with baking parchment.

Roll out the pastry on a floured surface to 30cm x 23cm.

Cut the pastry into 24 rectangles using four longitudinal and six transverse cuts.

Crumble the Stilton into a bowl and crush it with a fork.

Place a teaspoon of cheese onto each rectangle and brush edges with beaten egg.

Fold the pastry over the cheese, crimp the edges to seal, and place on the tray.

Brush the tops with egg, sprinkle with parmesan, and pierce each with a knife.
