Method

Fold in the whipped cream and grated chocolate until the mixture is smooth.

Whip the cream cheese then beat in the Irish cream and icing sugar.

Press the mixture into an 18cm springform tin and chill for one hour.

Decorate with extra whipped cream and cocoa powder before serving.

Melt the butter in a pan and stir in the crushed biscuits.

Spoon the filling onto the biscuit base and refrigerate for two hours.
