Method

Remove the pan from heat and add the white chocolate so it is fully submerged.

Arrange frozen berries in a single layer on a lipped plate and sprinkle with remaining limoncello.

Heat the cream and two tablespoons of limoncello in a pan until just below boiling point.

Let fruit sit for five minutes while occasionally swirling the chocolate pan to aid melting.

Stir the sauce with a spatula until smooth and pour immediately over the berries.
