Method

Stir butter flakes into the warm chocolate until melted.

Beat in the egg yolks until the mixture is smooth.

Blend in sugar and fold in stiffly whipped egg whites thoroughly.

Stir the soaked biscuits and peeled grapes into the mixture.

Fold in the double cream.

Pour into an oiled, lined 13cm cake tin.
