Method

Loosen the pudding with a hot cloth and unmold onto a dish to serve.

Combine the yoghurt, cream, and honey before stirring in the soaked fruit mixture.

Transfer the mixture to an ice cream maker and churn for 15-20 minutes.

Mix the cinnamon and cloves into the brandy and infuse for 30 minutes.

Pack the mixture into a pudding basin, cover tightly, and freeze until solid.

Pour the spiced liquid over the dried fruits and soak for two hours.
