Method

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Serve puddings topped with guavas and chocolate sauce.

Combine sauce ingredients in a pan and heat until the sugar dissolves.

Pulse butter and sugar in a processor until creamy.

Melt butter in a pan and fry guavas with sugar and lime juice until caramelised.

Spoon mixture into buttered ramekins and bake for 6 to 8 minutes.

Add egg, flour, cocoa, and milk until the batter reaches a dropping consistency.
