Method

Place the lemon wedges, sugar, oregano, vodka, liqueur, and ouzo into a cocktail shaker.

Muddle the ingredients together using the end of a rolling pin.

Add a handful of ice and shake the mixture vigorously.

Strain the liquid into a tumbler filled with crushed ice.

Garnish with a lemon slice and fresh oregano leaves.
