Method

Pour into the tin and bake for 15 to 20 minutes until almost firm.

Stir in the chopped Snickers pieces.

Sieve the flour and baking powder into the bowl and fold into the chocolate mixture.

Cool the mixture slightly and stir in the beaten eggs.

Melt the chocolate, butter, and sugar together over a bain-marie or in a microwave.

Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a greased 20cm round tin with parchment.

Cut brownies into triangles and serve with ice cream and warm sauce.

Combine sauce ingredients in a bowl over simmering water and stir until melted.
